| Am I Required to Disclose My Social
Security Number When I File for a Dissolution in Florida?
Yes. Each party is required to provide his or her social
security number and the full names, date of birth and social security
numbers of each of the minor children of the marriage in the initial
pleading for a dissolution of marriage as a separate attachment to the
pleading. FL ST 61.052 (7) and (8)
