Child Support Enforcement Program:
Administrative Support Procedure

The administrative support procedure is a streamlined and simplified method to establish a support order for certain cases. In order for this procedure to be used, paternity has to be established, there cannot be an existing order for support, and the noncustodial parent has to be located. This new procedure is a supplemental remedy in addition to the present judicial method for establishing support orders.
